Woodland Heath Real Estate

Woodland Heath is an enclave of exclusive homes tucked away on the western side of Brookline bordering the Newton town line. The neighborhood is home to a number of Boston’s top sports figures and other technology luminaries. Reportedly, football star, Tom Brady, and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, live in Woodland Heath although other Brookline neighborhoods also claim Brady and his family as residents. The neighborhood is largely residential with properties ranging in the tens of millions for some residences, given the built-in seclusion and bespoke designs of many of the estates. There are few multi-family residences in Woodland Heath although there are several new construction opportunities on previously undeveloped land. The close proximity to Brookline’s Country Club as well as Downtown Boston add to the neighborhood’s appeal.   Read more about Woodland Heath real estate.
