Wildcat Hill is a 72-acre residential neighborhood built on a nature preserve in Norwell. The developers specifically chose to reserve half of the land as open space to protect its mature trees and natural beauty. As a result, all 46 residences are sited on wooded lots backing up to open space with scenic trails winding through the community. With its last home completed in 2018, the neighborhood is the first “cluster” development in Norwell. Home styles include Nantucket-inspired capes as well as more traditional colonials and shingle-style architecture ranging in size from 2,700 – 4,000 sf. An open floor plan allows for a first floor master suite with his and hers walk-in closets. Special touches include a mudroom with built-in benches, an abundance of closets and storage space as well as hardwood flooring throughout and beadboard and ceramic-tiled bathroom floors. Homes are also built with smart technology as well as energy-efficient materials.
Wildcat Hill is located off Wildcat Lane on the western side of Norwell near Hanover. The community is convenient to Norwell High School, the library, Hanover’s wealth of shopping options, as well as Route 3.
