West Plymouth
West Plymouth is a village in Plymouth located off U.S. Route 44 and north of the Myles Standish State Forest. The area comprises a number of neighborhoods, including several communities centered around ponds such as Micajah Heights; Billington Sea; and Darby. Properties include a number of architectural styles ranging from raised ranches, split-level homes, and colonials bordering newer construction neighborhoods. Parting Ways Cemetery is a historic landmark located on Route 80 that contains the burial grounds of former slaves who fought in the Revolutionary War.
West Plymouth is located just beyond the Colony Place retail development and the Plymouth Industrial Park off Route 44 stretching west to the Carver town line and north to the Kingston town line.
