Wapoos Trail is located at the elbow of Cape Cod on Morris Island in Chatham.  With the Monomoy Wildlife Refuge refuge just steps away, this iconic street is one of the choicest locations in Chatham.  Views from many vantage points along Wapoos Trail include Stage Harbor and its beloved lighthouse.  Homes on Wapoos Trail are included in the Quitnesset Association which offers a private sandy beach.  The Wapoos name is from the Algonquin Indians and is the word for hare.
