Six Ponds District Harwich

The Six Ponds District in East Harwich, MA, is home to six freshwater ponds from which it draws its name -- Aunt Edies, Cornelius, Black, Olivers, and the Hawknest Pond.   Hawksnest, Olivers and Black are technically considered part of Hawknest State Park which borders Route 6, comprising 1300 acres of woods, kettle ponds, and trails.  A mix of year-round single family homes ranging from Shaker to Cape Cod to Contemporary --  as well as more traditional cottages -- offer deeded beach rights as well as easy access to kayaking and swimming.

The Six Ponds District is located in East Harwich and is bounded by Queen Anne Road to the south, Route 6 and Route 137 to the north and Route 124 and Route 39 to the west and east respectively.
