Seymour Pond Brewster

Seymour Pond in West Brewster, sometimes called Bangs Pond, is a good sized natural freshwater kettle pond covering more than 180 acres. It has an average depth of 20 feet, and is approximately 38 feet deep at its deepest point. With less than half of its two miles of shoreline developed, the pond has an enticing natural look and feel to it.  The Town of Brewster maintains a small beach but a resident parking sticker is required during the summer.

Seymour Pond is located on the west side of Pleasant Lake Road (Route 124) opposite the much larger Long Pond. It can be reached by taking Route 6 to Exit 10, to Route 124 north.
