Sandwich Condominiums

Sandwich, situated along the Upper Cape at the entrance to the Cape Cod Canal, is the oldest town on the Cape and retains much of its original history in the downtown area. In a community where much of the housing stock consists of single family homes and antique farmhouses, condo developments are limited.

More recently, several cottage communities have been converted to condos. Cape Shore Village, for example, features 16 beachfront cottages located on the East Sandwich Beach at the corner of Cape Cod Bay and Scorton Creek.
