Punkhorn Parklands Real Estae
The Punkhorn Parklands Conservation Area is a large nature preserve located in the southwestern corner of Brewster comprising approximately 875 acres, including three ponds. The town, wanting to maintain the rural character and protect the sensitive wetlands of Brewster, purchased the land in the 1960s, after watching the construction of numerous residential developments. To find the Punkhorn Parklands, take Stony Hill Road off Route 6A, then turn left onto Run Hill Road.
