North Truro is a village located in the Town of Truro, Massachusetts on Cape Cod.  The main thoroughfares in North Truro are Route 6 and Route 6A which run parallel to each other.  North Truro is located where Truro is the narrowest and much of this village west of Route 6 is located in the Cape Cod National Seashore.  Provincetown lies directly to the northeast of North Truro, near Pilgrim Lake.

Attractions in North Truro include Days Cottages, Truro Vineyards and Head of the Meadow Beach.  Route 6A, also know as Shore Road, runs along Cape Cod Bay in North Truro and is lined with beach cottages, condos and motels.
