Milton Hill is a neighborhood and a historic district located in Milton, MA. The neighborhood is located on land that was formerly the estate of Thomas Hutchinson, who served in the 1740s as a Governor of the Province of Massachusetts. The area is now a fashionable residential neighborhood that rises above the Neponset River Estuary in central Milton.

Milton Hill is bounded by the Neponset River to the north, School Street and Pine Tree Brook to the west, Brook Road and Centre Street to the south and the Cary Hill neighborhood to the east. Milton Hill offers convenient access to Glover School, Pierce Middle School, Milton High School, Milton Academy, East Milton Square and more.
