Cummaquid Real Estate
Cummaquid is a small village located in the northeast section of the town of Barnstable, Massachusetts, bounding Yarmouth Port to the east. Originally “Chummaquid," Cummaquid is the Indian name for Sandy Neck meaning “Long Point.”
The community is home to the Cummaquid Golf Course, one of the oldest golf courses in the U.S., celebrated for its sweeping views as well as challenging play for golfers at every skill level. Located nearby, the Cummaquid Heights neighborhood features 270 residential single family homes, many of which were constructed in the 1980s and have been newly renovated. Homes include a mix of ranch and cape-style residences with water views as well as views overlooking the rolling greens of the golf course.
