Bourne Antique Homes
Bourne was originally settled as part of Sandwich in 1640 and became the last town on the Cape to incorporate in 1884. It was named for Jonathan Bourne Sr, whose ancestor Richard Bourne was the first preacher to the Mashpee Wampanoag and a member of the first Massachusetts General Court. Many Colonial era homes and buildings are found in the Historic Bourne Village.
