What’s all the Buzz About Harbor Cohasset

For new construction, a charming address, and sensational views, it’s easy to see why all the buzz these days is about the Harbor Cohasset. The Harbor is a new-construction, low-rise complex of luxury condos that’s close to the water’s edge in the coastal town of Cohasset.

While still under construction, the development is expected to help transform the waterfront area of Cohasset Harbor to not only benefit future residents, but the community as a whole. Eventually there will be three completed condo buildings at Harbor Cohasset, each of which will stand three-stories high.

Construction officially kicked off less than two-years ago, with two of the three buildings going up at the site of the old Cohasset Harbor Inn. The third planned residential building is nearby.

Planned amenities at Harbor Cohasset include an outdoor swimming pool overlooking harbor views, as well as a waterfront clubroom and fitness center. The site will additionally include garage parking and some outdoor gathering space.

Two of the buildings offer some first-floor retail space, while the new development will also bring with it a new public park and a boardwalk by the water. The small seaside town is banking on attracting people who want to live within commuting distance of Boston but also enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle right on the coast.

Residential options at Harbor Cohasset will include your choice of a one-bedroom floorplan with 1.5-baths and 1,100 square feet of living space, as well as a private deck. A two-bedroom, two-bath floorplan is also a possibility.

Expect to find around 1,500 to 1,700 square feet of space plus some private deck space. Some floorplans are even larger with a study for flexibility.

Some of the largest floorplans at the Harbor Cohasset include three-bedrooms, a study, three-baths, and upwards of 2,700 square feet of living space. Certain floorplans offer more than one deck, as well.
