The Cottages at New Seabury Expanding
More single-family homes are coming to The Cottages at New Seabury. The development’s fourth phase is expected to bring another 88 homes to the area.
Infrastructure work for Phase 4 is currently underway. The new homes will come in the same eight floor plans already constructed during earlier development. Phases 1 and 2 are both already finished and sold out.
Phase 3 of The Cottages is under construction. All homes in this phase, however, are sold. Phase 3 consists of 74 single-family homes.
The award-winning development features stylish cottages with open floor plans and white picket fences. Generally, the homes range from around 1,400 to 2,300 square feet of living space.
While designed with a traditional Cape Cod cottage in mind, The Cottages at Seabury come with modern floor plans. Some of the current homes on the market in the community include two- to three-bedrooms.
The smallest floor plan available is Azalea. It is a two-story design with a single-bedroom and bath on the top floor. Bayberry is also a two-story floor plan. It has a vaulted ceiling in the first-floor master, and a patio or deck off the kitchen and dining area.
The two-story Cranberry floor plan includes around 1,600 square feet of living space. It offers a reading nook on the second floor.
Dogwood is another two-story plan, but it has two-bedrooms on the top floor. A patio or deck can be found off the vaulted living room.
The Elderberry also offers two-bedrooms on its upper floor and a vaulted ceiling in its ground-level master. The next floor plan is called Forsythia. It includes more than 2,100 square feet of living space. The largest floor plans are Gardenia and Hydrangea.
A short walk or bike ride away from nearby beaches, the cottages are also conveniently close to New Seabury Athletic Club.
