The prestigious new Redbrook community in Plymouth may still be under construction, but it’s already picked up dozens of awards. The community recently took home another six builder awards from The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
The six Prism Awards include gold awards for Best Ad Campaign and Best Team of the Year. It also took home a gold award for Best Interior Merchandising for a model home under $650,000 and a gold award for Best Attached Home Under 2,000 square feet. Both of model homes were constructed by The Stabile Companies.
The community additionally went home with a silver award for Best Attached Home Under 1,800 square feet for a townhome constructed by Whitman Homes. It also received a silver award for Best Universal Design. That award went to the Redbrook Apartments.
The new awards are on top of the dozens of other awards the community’s already brought home since it first welcomed in residents in 2015. When finished, the Redbrook community is expected to offer 1,200 residences, including condos, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes.
The Redbrook apartments is a complex of four buildings and 184 individual residences. The property also includes a courtyard with a firepit, grilling area, an outdoor swimming pool and a clubhouse.
Many of the homes of Redbrook come with open floor plans, including gourmet kitchens, high ceilings, fireplaces and hardwoods. In addition, buyers can expect to find things like walk-in closets and some homes with full basements and attached garages.
All of the homes of Redbrook are part of a village with easy access to a community garden, walking trails, green space and more. There is a great deal of dedicated preserve space in Redbrook for residents to enjoy, plus the Plymouth community additionally hosts a number of year-round events and festivities.
