Raffles Residences are an Urban Sanctuary

Much like its own urban sanctuary, the building housing the new Raffles Residences towers over the Back Bay. The Boston luxury condos are part of the same newly completed building that includes the prestigious Raffles Boston hotel.

It is North America’s first experience with the ultra-high-end hotel brand, as the rest of its properties in the brand are located in other parts of the world. The more than 30-story tower in Boston includes close to 150 luxury hotel rooms, topped off by close to another 150 Raffles-branded residences.

The grand, two-story lobby in the building immediately sets the stage of what to expect in terms of the property’s other grand features and inclusions. As for its shared amenities, residences of Raffles have access to 24-hour concierge services, room service and signature butler services, as well as valet parking.

The property also offers a doorman, a spa, several restaurants, and an indoor swimming pool. In addition, there’s a rooftop lounge, a rooftop garden terrace, a fitness center, and several meeting and gathering spaces exist in the building, as well.

In addition, residents of Raffles gain exclusive VIP membership into the company’s recognition and loyalty program. The residences typically range from one- to three-bedrooms, plus there are also some penthouse units in the building to choose from, as well as some pied-a-terre suites, too.

New buyers can expect to find such high-end inclusions as Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and Calacatta marble countertops with the elegant residences. The Raffles Boston Hotel & Residences sits at the corner of Stuart Street and Trinity Place in the Back Bay.

The location positions residences close to the train station, upscale shopping, and Copley Square. It’s also within walking distance of top restaurants, cultural attractions, and popular Newbury Street. The residences overlook the city and the Charles River.
