From its upscale housing to its recreational options, there’s plenty to love about New Seabury. The grand idea to create a mixed-use, self-contained community centered around residential neighborhoods on Cape Cod may have started in the 1960s, but it’s still going strong today.

Housing

There are now plenty of different options when it comes to housing in New Seabury. Many of the homes are just minutes away from the beach, making this a prime spot to enjoy the best of a Cape Cod lifestyle. In New Seabury, you’ll find everything from an ocean-view townhome to an estate neighborhood. Spread across 1,400 acres on Nantucket Sound, some of real estate options include your choice of a golf course property, or even a home with a private, deep-water dock.

Waterfront lifestyle

Along with the beautiful homes, there’s plenty to do without venturing very far. The white sandy beach stretches for miles, and it’s a popular place to go for a stroll. There’s also the option to get out on the water and sail Nantucket Sound. Of course, the upscale tranquility of New Seabury has been attracting buyers and vacationers for generations. It’s the kind of place where you have everything you need, but it also feels a world away

The Club

While overlooking the water, The Club at New Seabury offers a full range of resort amenities. Membership grants access to the two golf courses, five restaurants, a full clubhouse, two beach clubs and beach bars, and a fitness facility. There are also swimming pools and walking trails, plus The Club offers a tennis complex with 16 courts.

As for golf, The Ocean golf course at New Seabury partially runs right along the beach, while The Dunes golf course leads through woods and wetlands. In addition, The Club offers some on-site dining options and some children’s programming.
