Cape Cod Beach Homes
With miles of shoreline on the Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay, the Cape offers a plethora of opportunities to live in a beach neighborhood. Unlike so many other parts of the country where a busy main road runs parallel to the beach and creates significant traffic hazard, Cape Cod is nearly free of main roads bordering its beaches. In many instances, beach access road run perpendicular to the beach and quiet beach neighborhoods are located along these secondary roads.
Another wonderful characteristic of the Cape’s beach neighborhoods is the scale of housing in these enclaves. Our beach neighborhood housing is dominated by cottages and single-family homes, with a limited number of condo developments. You will not find high-rises towering over Cape Cod beaches, but rather homes and cottages tucked away in the coastal dunes.
